Role Infrastructure Operational Lead for execution of Citizens Year End Tax Reporting
Periods: February - Marts 2014 & 2015
Background
During six days in early May each year app. 1.8 million Danish citizens visit the homepage of our
Customer (DK Tax), in order to clarify whether they should pay extra tax or get refunds. A successful
process around this general expectation to the governmental institution of DK Tax is an absolute key
success factor - both for the political rating of the department and for the budgets, as unnecessary
costs in Mainframe MIPS and service desk hours are avoided. App. 20 persons are involved during
these days executing final testing and leading the operational task force to ensure a successful
customer experience.
Scope It is the responsibility of the Infrastructure Operational Lead to:
- Advice Service Delivery Executives on Operational Status, suggesting Path Forward/Changes and
key messages for Customer Communication.
- Analyse, solve and/or mitigate all operational problems hindering a 100% performance.
- Orchestrate the Infrastructure team (12 persons) to make necessary information available and
execute approved changes.
...All this in close cooperation with the Application Operational Lead.
