How Google Works The people that can have the biggest impact of all are the one we call : A Smart Creative 1- Has deep technical knowledge in how to use the tool of her trade . 2- Analytically smart & comfortable with data can use it to make decisions. 3- Competitive Smart 4- Business Smart & that doesn't happen during working Hrs. 5- User smart and understand the product from user perspective . 6- His perspective is different than anyone . 7- Curious creative , always questioning& never satisfied with the status quo . 8- Self directed creative , open creative , freely collaborates 9-commincative creative and funny when he express him self with flair and even charisma .

When no one has private office , no one complaint about it .

The google version suggests that managers have a minimum of seven direct reports . Most a manager have a lot more than seven- there simply isn't time to micromanage .

His answer was the leader who don’t want me you want to invest for the people who are going to do what they think right & committed to its success .

Competition make you better but if you focus on the competitor you focus on the fraction & someone will come to the market . Larry said : my job mostly getting people not to focus in competition .

The herd effect A workforce of great people not only does great work ,it attracts more great people . They came to work with best smart creatives .this will create the great environment . Interviewing its most important skills The best interview feel like intellectual discussion between friends ( what books are reading?) . Allow the candidates to express what insight gained from his experience and use the question “ what surprised you about ….? To get that insight so you don’t get the rehearsed answer .another example when you in the crisis , or need to make important decision , how did you do ?

( Everyone should invest time in hiring). •Friends don’t let friends hire friends in the future or promote hiring by committee . •Schedule the interview to be 30 Minutes . •Have opinion ( A strong opinion yes or no) •Urgency of the role isn’t sufficiently important to compromise quality hiring . •Once you get smart creatives on board , you need to pay them exceptional people deserved exceptional pay
