ENRICH Our term was design as per POWER TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP based on performance of each member of that power team Result: Power team meetings were not being conducted in the last term as there was low response from the members, but in the last 4months the number of fruitful power team meetings has risen. Plan for 6 months (Oct 2019 – March 2020)
  6. ENRICH October 2019 LT visited the member of each power team and understood the problem faced by the members and motivated them to perform inside the power team. November 2019 LT motivated the members of each power team to conduct 1-2-1s, Power dates and business within power team members and also motivated them to invite visitors who will help to improve the business of the particular power team. December 2019 The Roadmap for successful business was given by the LT for extracting the maximum business in the coming 12months. Agenda of month-wise Power team meetings

ENRICH • We have recognised the notable contributions from the members fir 1-2-1s, Maximum visitors, maximum referrals, TYFCBs with a silver medal. • Monthly Notable Networker was awarded with badge. • The member with the most inductions was also awarded with badge. • And the members who achieved a total of 5 privilege member badge was given a privilege of having Social free. • Power team of the month are awarded with rotational trophy , Silver batch and Green shawl for that month • Green members are awarded with green batch and allow them to do ram walk inside the room Recognition
