The presentation was given on October, 19, 2018, Friday at the technical committee on radio communication system in the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, Japan, which was held at Kikai Shinko Kaikan at Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
The wireless, receiverless communication with the application of the microwave auditory effect, i.e., a telepathy communication, includes modulating an acoustic signal by pulses, and impinging a modulated electromagnetic beam onto the head of a recipient so as to demodulates the acoustic signal by microwave auditory effect. Instead of irradiating one microwave beam onto the head of the recipient wherein the microwave shows the microwave auditory effect, a pair of electromagnetic beams in the range of millimeter waves and terahertz waves, which do not show microwave auditory effect, are irradiated onto the head of the recipient wherein the difference in the frequency of the pair shows the microwave auditory effect. When clandestine operations to induce schizophrenia by irradiating the pairs of electromagnetic beams onto the head of a victim, frequency hopping is applied to the pairs of electromagnetic beams so as to evade the detection thereof.

•Pulsed microwave is irradiated into the
water in a tank
•Acoustic wave in the water is detected
by a pressure sensor
•Head contains 70 to 80 percent of water
