2.  Housetech was founded in 2002. The
owner Robin Joslin, had a vision of
developing a company which would focus
on service excellent to domestic alterations
and new builds . We are driven by the
commitment to meet or exceed a clients
needs and expectations.
 Housetech is dedicated to the
development and skills enhancement of
the project teams with whom we work
closely and effectively.
 Housetech has individual teams
specializing in each specific category of
building, such as a dedicated tiling team,
another for plumbing, a separate team for
roofing. We do not use one team to do
everything. This way the proficiency of the
workmen is higher. This means you get the
best workmanship in each work category.

services, plumbing, electrical work . From this we can
cater to your exact needs, and undertake only the work
you would like us to do.
 Housetech has the architectural capability and
capacity, to be involved in the design and
implementation of structural changes to refurbished
buildings. Contracting and project management of all
spheres of the company’s work is completely
accomplished by Housetech.

 All work is personally monitored by the
owner, Robin Joslin. His vision is to always
build to the highest standards to meet and
exceed the client’s requirements and
expectations.
 In essence Housetech relieves its clients of
the distraction of servicing those project
aspects which fall outside their direct ambit
of expertise.
 Rob Joslin’s attention to detail and his on-
going interaction with the client throughout
the duration of the project ensure complete
customer satisfaction. This covers the
following areas:- client brief and site survey,
detailed quotations, skilful procurement of
materials, installation and project
management, detailed snag list – all snags
solved prior to handover. And finally, a
detailed completion inspection and
handover to customer’s satisfaction.
