1. Welcome everybody to the Rodan and Fields Virtual Business Launch. My name is Melanie Shipps and tonight I am joined by many consultants our RF team and many guests that are curious about what we do. I am so excited that you have taken time to join us tonight. MY STORY I am a project manager of oncology research for a big Pharmaceutical Company by trade, but as much as I loved my career in Oncology research, I decided to pursue other part time options to earn extra income and my search led me to Rodan + Fields. I continue to work this business around my families schedule on my own terms and my paycheck continues to grow every month.

Our doctors are still practicing dermatology and it was their patients who said what about me. 4. It was obvious to Dr. Rodan and Fields that the department store was not where innovative skincare brands were thriving. In 2007, they decided that the power of their products belonged in the hands of the people using them and they relaunched Rodan + Fields into direct sales. They knew that transitioning to a direct sales model would allow the Company to reach more Customers, sell more product, and ultimately, help individuals become successful entrepreneurs. They were the first brand to successfully do this. It was a smart move because today, they do more sales monthly then they did annually being #1 at Nordstrom’s. STOP AND THINK ABOUT THIS. We have consultants today that are doing more sales volume monthly then they did in the retailing setting.
