Project Manager (Ballast Water Treatment & OSV Projects), W&O Supply, Inc. (January 2014 – May 2016)
Coordinated sales, scheduling, manufacturing, transportation, installation, engineering support, operation, and maintenance of
specialized seawater treatment systems on vessels to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species.
Managed over 50 projects totaling over $20 million in revenue.
Responsible for formation of bid packages, engineering, customer relations, compliance, and financial tracking.
Primary clients included many of the world’s largest vessel owner/operators and numerous domestic shipyards.
Projects included both new construction as well as retrofit installations. My department was responsible for “cradle to grave” oversight
of all projects. Each project required the need to be adaptable to each vessel’s specific limitations and needs. Coordination with
regulatory authorities, government bodies, and military departments were common.
Also served as the company’s domestic representative and technical source for our Norwegian marine partner company.
