The sworn testimony given in a deposition of Tara Upadyay, a high ranking PA Dept. of Environmental Protection official who says that sometimes certain chemicals are suppressed or not tested for in residental well water tests at the request of DEP personnel. The implication, according to some, is that the DEP is intentionally not reporting chemicals found in well water that may have gotten there by shale gas fracking activities--something the DEP hotely refutes.
