We are ambitious. We are hungry. We like to build,
improve, move forward, contribute, make an impact.
This is what led us to rise to the challenge of the digital
projects at the Hotel Paradiso, the first cinema-hotel in
the world, and the Campanile Smart Lyon Est, the first
100% digital hotel in Europe.
We are fond of the "Test&Learn" approach - we do not
claim to know everything. We love to learn and are not
afraid to make mistakes. And if we do, then we all share
the responsibility.

In-house, as well as externally, we value direct and transparent communication.
It is important that each team member feels comfortable broaching any topic.
This is why, every Tuesday at 12 noon,
the founders organise a meeting called "Ask Us Everything".
While many companies think that trust is earned,
we believe that trust is placed. And that we must prove ourselves worthy of it.
Here there is no clocking in and out, no conspicuous over-attendance.
We give precedence to autonomy. Everyone is free to manage his or her schedule
according to his or her tasks as long as they deliver the results.

in our industry
Whether they are customers, partners or competitors, we
treat the players in our industry with respect.
Showing respect means honouring our commitments, not
being late for meetings, not publicly bad-mouthing a
competitor or anyone who criticises us.
More than that, we are aware that the market
transformation will not happen without the current
players. We are looking to build a profitable ecosystem
for the entire market.
