 Using workflow to identify diseases(Already implemented on Phenoflow),
and validate the output with gold/silver standard.
 Using machinelearning algorithms to generate the silver standard
reference.
 Generate artificial data for testing purposes.

3. The Standard Workflow
 To start the workflow, the users need to have installed
the Cwltool and docker, and have both test cases

Learning Algorithms
 To start both machine
learning algorithms,the
users must have installed
scikit-learn.
 The unsupervisedlearning
algorithms can generate a
silver standard based on
the EHR data user provided.

 Different to the
unsupervisedlearning
algorithm, the supervised
learning algorithm needs
the users to have the test
cases, the gold reference,
and the unclassifiedall
