I would like to recommend Max Augsburger as a candidate for a position with in this
agency. Max was a resident of mine in the dorms his first year as a students and after
obtaining the Resident Adviser job at the University of Toledo has been a colleague of
mine since Fall 2013.
While in the Resident Adviser position, Max was able to demonstrate his skills of
communication, organization, responsibility, and respect. As a veteran to such a job, it
takes a certain type of individual to succeed in this position. Max has done excellent
work as an RA, has grown in all of the areas listed above, as well as being an outgoing,
independent, and strong leader.
Max is also a member of Fraternity Pi Sigma Epsilon, a fraternity for collegians and
professionals in Sales, Marketing and Management. As a member of this fraternity, Max
has held multiple leadership positions, which include, inter-chapter communications
director, Manager of general member retention, Executive assistant to General member
retention, their standards board, and recruiting tem. It is obvious that Max maintains the
outstanding leadership, communication, and responsible skills required for any sales job.
Max is someone who is always willing to help out, offer assistance to anyone who needs
it. I have known Max for almost 3 years and I have been very impressed with the way he
has grown and expanded upon his already existing skills. I believe that he would be an
asset to any employer for multiple reasons and I recommend him for any endeavor he
chooses to peruse.
