5. leadership
ACT Projects is led by qualified and experienced professionals with
a successful track record of high quality projects. They have
mastered the art and science of blending international best
practices with local work methods. Their ability to anticipate and
resolve problems ensures smooth execution.
Sumant Kachru: prior to founding ACT Projects, Sumant was Vice
President (India) of Real Estate Projects for JHM Group, where he
established their India Real Estate operations . Prior to JHM, Sumant was
Development Manager for Creative Choice Homes (USA) and developed
multifamil y communities in Texas, Las Vegas and mostly in Florida .
Mayur Chahwala: prior to founding ACT Projects, Mayur was Sr. Project
Manager at JHM Group where he successfully re -positioned the Gateway
Hotel by Taj. Prior to JHM, Mayur had varied experience in executing high
quality interior projects with turn -key contractors & few design + build
projects for several national and international corporations .
