Duties/Responsibilities:
 Know, update and apply the most recent cGMP as per the WHO, UK-MHRA, US-FDA,
PIC/S, ICH etc in Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
 Act as Internal and External Auditor (Vendor Audit) and submit report to the top
management on a regular basis
 Preparation and regular update of the Site Master File.
 Manage deviations and responsible for follow up of CAPA and accomplishment of
documentation job.
 Participate in the investigation as a result of deviation, OOS and product complaint.
 Follow up of Source evaluation system and communication with the sources/vendors as and
when required.
 Follow up and manage Source approval procedure.
 Update and follow up the QA approved Source list (API, Excipients and Primary Packaging
Materials).
 Preparation and coordination with all other departments before External Audits, accompany
external auditors and record the GMP deficiencies noticed by them and take proper CAPA.
 Preparation of Monthly Quality Report.

 Contribute to build efficient Quality Management System in the plant.
 Contribute to build Quality Risk Management System.
 Reviewing and up gradation of SOPs in line with the cGMP and Quality Manual and
implement it in the plant.
 Follow up and implementation of SOPs in all GMP areas.
 Routine visit in operation floor and critical operation area (sampling booths, manufacturing
rooms, dispensing booths, cold rooms, retention sample rooms, BPR archival room, IPC lab,
QC labs, interim stores and AHU service floor) to check GMP status and report to
management.
 Close monitoring of the Warehouse for cGMP practice.
 Inform head of QA in case of any deficiency and GMP gap observed and help to fill it up
ASAP.
