Work in tandem with the CEO to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of CPAC’s strategic plans. Carry overall strategic and operational responsibility for all programs and provide comprehensive daily management and oversight for administrative and operational activities, including programs and services, financial management, fund development and human resources. Partner with CEO to develop relationships and collaborations with community and cross-sector decision-makers. Partner with CEO to develop media coverage and community understanding of CPAC’s mission and the arts and culture sector’s community impact.
