RE: MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR TOURISM BUILDING
We take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year!
As pertains to the occupation of the premises by the various tenants we advice as follows:
1. That the previous availed occupation date of October 2016 has long lapsed and we have
not been advised of the current/actual date to enable us advice the tenants in return.
2. That the respective tenants with signed offers are eager to take possession of the premises
but are getting anxious due to the continued hold up,with some tenants withdrawing from
the lease offers eg: Sanford group, and other tenants contemplating withdrawal.
3. That the partitioning on the mezzanine and upper ground floors needs to be completed to
enable the tenants distinguish their respective spaces.
In regard thereto we hereby request for an urgent meeting with yourselves on 1st February at
the premises on at 11.00am or at a near date, time and venue convenient with yourselves to
enable us discuss the raised issues.
Kindly also find attached hereto the management report for your perusal and record.
