  1. UNDERSTANDING SECRETARY Before understanding more about the challenges of the secretary, it would be better to first understand the meaning of a secretary. This secretary comes from the Latin 'secretum' and Dutch 'secretaries' which have a secret meaning. In English, the secretary is a secretary which also has a secret meaning.
