The Van Haandel Group owns and operates some
of Australia’s iconic and internationally renowned
restaurants, in particular the Stokehouse restaurant,
located on the foreshore of St Kilda beach. It is this

configured on site to give maximum flexibility. These can be adjusted to make houses
larger or smaller, and will mean standardised engineering, standard window and door

Houses can be fabricated in a number of different materials to give the estate diversity. In
these images they have been shown as timber or whitewash for clarity. This is not
