After earning his Ph.D. in Psychology from UPenn, he gained over a decade of experience in technology, usability, user experience design, and business as a member of the Human Factors Engineering group at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest), before leaving to start his own consulting firm, Interaction Insight Consulting™.
