• Maarten Roos – Mr. Roos concentrates on foreign
investment projects and general corporate
matters, commercial transactions, intellectual
property rights protection anddispute resolution,
across a broad range of industries. He has been in
China since 1999, and has been recognized
among Asialaw’s Leading Lawyers since 2008. He
authored “Chinese Commercial Law: A Practical
Guide” (Kluwer Law, 2010), and is an arbitrator to
the Shanghai International Economic and Trade
Arbitration Commission.
• Robin Tabbers – Mr. Tabbers has a background in
international business law and has worked for
some of the leading law firms in the Netherlands,
includingBaker & McKenzie. He has been in China
since 2010 and is one of the firm’s primary
contacts for foreign companies, forming a solid
bridge between our clients and our Chinese
lawyers.

• Chen Yun – Ms. Chen advises and represents foreign

has developed a particular focus on retail work, having

• Kathleen Cao – Ms. Cao advises on investment
structures and exit strategies, international trade,
tax compliance and customs matters, and
represents businesses in negotiations with
counterparts and governments departments.
Kathleen also assists clients on the development
