If they are found – team ignores them and states that there are no issues. Needs help The team identifies challenges and problems, however they don’t know how to fix them or they don’t have a full control for taking actions. Let’s just leave it The team identifies challenges and problems, however they simply don’t want to put effort into creating a better situation.

Take breaks, stand more, go for a walk after lunch and take care of your body. Stay positive, find what motivates you, have some breaks for clearing your mind. Pay attention to your mood. When do you feel energised? Under which circumstances you do your best?
