Programmatical Advertising enables advertisers to select
precise conditions when they would like their advertisements
displayed. As an example, an advertiser could bid for a high
profile time slot to show their advertisement when the tem-
perature is greater than 30 degrees Celsius and the number
of vehicles passing is more than 80 per hour.
