Preparing, monitoring Induction & Orientation and feedbackevaluating. Completing necessary Insurance and medical cover formalities. Actively involved educate policy's and development of new employees in the organization.   2. 2. oHRIS: Preparation and completion of HR reports ,HRMIS, ROR,Billable headcount report, Month - w ise headcount report, Month - w ise attrition report, Hiring status report, Attendance and leave management HR Operations & General Administration: Handling all queries employees, particularly in respect of policy's and procedure routines and interpretations &ensuring that all such requirements are dealt w ith in a prompt & satisfactorymanner. Administering LTA, Gratuity, And Medical Claims and liaison w ith group insurance Preparing Full And Final Settlement along that reliving and experience letter Employees Attendances & Payroll Administration General administration- Responsible for efficient day to day operations/functionsfacilities and Supervising and monitoring claims w ith regards to various reimbursements, Leave travelallow ance, accommodation, Traveletc... Events & Cultural Management, Organizing events, employee w ith family Team Outing, Birthday Celebrations and other allied functions of the organization., Managing and handling operational functions, facility'smeant for the employees.
