ITC Gardenia - Social Media Launch Strategy

2. Add Insta and FB logos and links next to it ITC Gardenia Bengaluru was the ITC Hotels property to create its own social media presence. For this, we wished to benchmark our launch and create wide-spread buzz.
3. Insights showcased that ITC Gardenia is loved all across Bengaluru by their guests. We wished to capitalize on it and created a hashtag #LoveAtITCGardenia. The plan was to take our guests through a visually appealing tour so we launched the hotel through various outreach strategies.
4. Through a visually appealing grid strategy on Instagram, we showcased the beautiful facets of our hotel – restaurants, gym, spa rooms etc.
5. ITC Gardenia’s Sunday Brunches are renowned all across Bengaluru. We showcased the grand spread on social media through attractive imagery. We titled the brunch the #GrandGardeniaBrunch. The build up kickstarted on Instagram a week prior to the brunch via stories and other forms of digital advertising, followed by a LIVE coverage with out chef. Driving footfall to the restaurant.

9. We successfully created buzz across social media to announce our arrival as the first ITC property to create their distinct presence on digital platforms. This was driven by the sublime quality of visuals and stories created to give audiences a taste of ITC Gardenia’s grandeur.
