My CV will support that I am an honest, well educated person, with demonstrated academic, work place
and publicly acknowledged achievements. I am seeking to build a high level career in the business and
social service sector.

Business Management and Leadership: I have worked as the Regional Manager across the Waikato and
Bay of Plenty and owned and operated my own businesses. I have developed and successfully managed
the implementation of key business strategies and marketing plans for businesses in the Entertainment,
Retail, Leisure and Tourism industries. I have developed and delivered customer service and sales
training programmes. I build positive relationships and drive my business ventures to exceed planned
expectations. I have successfully initiated and led the development of a number of business enterprises
and led and motivated others in that process. I have a unique sense of foresight, the ability and

web-based research, social media and web marketing and website development.
Human Resources and Health and Safety Management: I have successfully developed comprehensive
Health and Safety and HR practices, including competency based interviewing, job descriptions
development, remuneration planning, performance reviews, training and disciplinary procedures.
Health and safety compliance is paramount to NZ legislative requirements and I have designed robust
H&S plans and systems for business implementation.
