  23. 23. 1. Complacency  “Goodenough, never is”  The only use of history is to learn from it. Gloating or lamenting about past glory is the surest way of ensuring that it remains in the past. 24 People who don’t learn from their history are condemned to repeat it
  24. 24. 2. Not working together  Look in the mirror for mistakes  Look out of the window to give credit  Your virtue is not enhanced by someone else’s weakness  There is not a single instance in history where someone succeeded entirely on their own Disagree without being disagreeable
  25. 25. 3. Excuses and blaming  Stop blaming others for your situation  Analyze what went wrong and create a plan to avoid it in the future.  Being objective, even hard, on yourself is the best way to avoid repeating mistakes. 26 Adversity comes to strengthen
