3. Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor
VCI ( Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor ) Films are
used for optimum protection from corrosion
in multi metals, Ferrous & non ferrous metal
parts, components meant for storage &
seaworthy export packaging. VCI molecules
present in the film evaporate to settle on
the metal surface to form an invisible thin
film to protect the same from corrosive
substances. VCI Blue Polythene should be
used for Primary Packaging at the time of
production and it should not be used in
combination with any other option of
corrosion protection.

4. Bubble Packaging
• Bubble wrap is a flexible plastic sheeting
containing numerous small air pockets, used
in cushioning items during shipment.
Standard average bubble diameter is 6.0 –
25.4 mm and height about 4 mm. Bubble
wrap is lightweight, water resistant, reusable
non-scratching. And, Commonly used for
packing fragile items.
