We are located in Dhaka city the capital of Bangladesh. Our nearest airport is Zia
International Air port & is only 7 minutes drive from airport. we are capable to make
circular (T-Shirt, Polos, Pant, Jegging and Jacket etc) & flat knit (Pullovers, Sweaters, etc)
garment as well as woven Trouser, Pant, Shorts, Skirt, shirts & denim Item.
•sample will be provided subject to condition that:
Photo/Development samples at free of charges but curriers on purchasers account
Samples for sales promotion will be provide at the cost of 2 x FOB and curriers on
purchasers account
Pre-order samples can do with correct material & branding in small quantity as buyer
required but curriers charge on purchasers account.
•Prices for Garments are normally quoted in the ratio S: M: L: XL as 1:2: 3:2 for Men’s and
S: M : L as 1: 2: 1 for ladies. Our prices are FOB, C&F and CIF as per customer
requirements. We do not maintain any stocks, on receiving of order as well as letter of
credit we makes fabrics as per purchasers order. any color possible for your items. Give us
a pantone reference number or send a color swatch and we will do the rest.
•Our payment terms are through irrevocable & transferable letter of credit at sight
payable. If the order value below USD 5000.00 we will ask our purchasers to TT payment
the full amount in advance.

How are Letters of credit to be established?
Regulations for letter of credit in Bangladesh are somehow special due to specific central
Bank regulations. In order to avoid errors here are a few hints to follow when preparing
your application form:
Your documentary credit must be irrevocable and transferable
It must be available with any bank
Please pay attention to special mention requested by central bank on the B/L: “Full clean
on board ocean bill of lading made out to the order of negotiating bank in
Bangladesh, endorsed to the order of your bank, notify yourself….”
Also, as all goods transit through Singapore / Colombo, transshipment must always be
allowed.
Period of presentation of documents have to be keep 21 days in letter of credit.
Delivery Terms:
FOB Chittagong sea port or ZIA Airport, C&F or CIF by sea or air. Timing terms are based on the
date of reception of your L/C this company can produce sample with only sketch and
measurement chart and also follow live samples if purchasers can provide.
