Architect
 Concept design more than over 10 major projects that vary from residential, commercial,
recreational, and mixed use towers with a team to find the final outlines of the project
 Work on exterior and interior design 3D modeling using sketch up or lumion
 Use BIM software to make presentations for clients sketching concepts and designs.
 Coordinating with the structural engineers and the submittals of preliminary designs for clients
then have it verified with my supervisor before finally submitting it to DM
 Site inspections and periodical reports to the client and Dubai municipality

2.  Projects:
o Sobha Hartland - Sobha Group – 880 Million AED
A mixed-use twin tower with a central recreational area between them.
Task: Conceptual designing and rectifying the plans, sections, elevations and 3D
modelling.
o Magdouche community center – Magdouche government – 36 million dollars
A community center for elderly people and events center
Rectifying the plans to structural needs and drawing the construction details and stair
detail

 Inspected two residential villa projects and coordinated with contractors design verification
