 Create, Update and follow up implementation of a unified processes for all required FM operations
related to these trades internally and interdepartmental along the 3 projects.
 Create, Update and follow up implementation of a unified service provider’s management system
& processes.
 Review & verify all service providers’ scope of works for these trades along the 3 projects related
to tendering process, site operations & cost saving initiatives.
 Review & support for annual budgeting for related items to these trades for each project.
 Unify terms and participate in technical evaluation for tenderers per each trade.
