Negative thought
Every one think negatively when have very difficult problems
but there is very important question why you see this
problem so difficult why you choice to see these situations in
this way you could choice to see there is no problem but how
choice that there are no problem .
You must build walls to face negative thoughts so start to builds

Filtering: Means when
you ignore all the
positives until you’ve only
got the negative aspects
in your mind.
Polarizing: This is when
you see everything as
either black or white and
don’t see anything in
between
Personalizing: This means
that, even though
something wasn’t under
your control, you still
blame yourself for it.
Catastrophizing: You
always expect the worse
and even avoid doing
things because you think
bad things will happen.

Change the way of your thoughts from negative to
positive. For example, instead of thinking “This
problem is too difficult” think “This problem is cool
and challenging”. Say to yourself every problem must
have a solutions but to find a solution you need time
so I will try and try until find good solutions I will try

Don't focus on what went wrong - focus on what you can do right the next
time. The best way to do this is to think about what you want next and
then apply what you learned

your focus to the things that need attention today.
