Business Administrations (MBA) with major in Marketing.

And total 18 years, worked with the country’s well reputed conglomerate in Sales,
Marketing, Training & Development area and worked directly in all the processes like
TNA, Gap Analysis, Change Management, Content & Module Development, conducting
sessions, evaluation, PMS, KPI setting & general sales issues.
Mr. Efti is leading four different organizations named as Fast Aid Hospital, Medicine
Park, Daruchini Restaurant & Catering, and Future Icon by designing and developing all
strategic models as well as monitoring entire functional activities. Introduced and
penetrated with new products in market, set different business plans, branding tools &
techniques and executed them successfully in different business by giving proper

Quazi M. Ahmed is the Award-Winning Facilitator on Leadership and Soft Skills.
Educated and trained in Bangladesh, USA, Japan and Norway, Mr. Quazi Ahmed
received “Global Training and Development Leadership Award” in February 2017
which was presented by Mumbai- based World HRD Congress in its 25th anniversary
celebrations. With 21 years of training experience under his belt, he conducted his
first corporate training session in 1996 when he was teaching at North South
University, and since then facilitated close to 2000 training sessions attended by more
than one hundred thousand people in the private, nonprofit an public sectors in
Bangladesh. In addition, he has conducted training and or presented keynotes in USA,
UK, Denmark, Malayasia, India and Nepal. In recognition of his significant
