2.  Prepare work flow chat and make sure it matches the schedules of material delivery on site.
 Request Budget from estimation and prepare budget log as per lots against Bidders
quotations.
 Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to prepare techno
commercial comparison sheet to evaluate the quotation.
 Define Short list of Bidders.
 Commercial negotiation with best & final shortlisted Bidders.
 Prepare Final Commercial Bid Evaluation & Tabulation in line with last provided discounted
prices.
 Finalize payment terms with the Short Listed Bidders.
 Prepare the purchase orders / subcontract agreement as per approved submittal and material
service request sent by site.
 Awarding and releasing Work Orders (WO) to the selected Bidders.
 Following up the change of orders and new additional orders as required.
 Make sure the progress graph levitates smoothly in every stage meeting the time limit.

 Raise technical query of any conflicting information with the project’s technical documents
Prepare shop drawings
 Oversee Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning and handing over of electrical works
within the designated time frame

 Measure and oversee the site progress and labor productivity on a weekly basis, to ensure
