Currently employed by Dar Al Riyadh Consultants, I am working
as Chief Architect for MODON. My role has largely three primary
responsibilities: to review designs and drawings submitted by
consultants, to prepare MODON Architectural Standards and
ensure quality control over work done by my subordinates.
In the absence of any Architectural standards, I am entrusted
with the responsibility of preparing an entire set of Architectural
standards which would be handed over to Designers to base
their designs at. Thereby resulting in designs that are code
compliant with IBC, ADA and SBC.
Along with the architectural standards I am also preparing
guideline specifications based on the latest CSI Master format.

stages. Successfully conducted responsibility of being consultant's

Also held the position of an Urban Designer while working with a multi-
national team on a prestigious project for Ministry of Housing.

 Office Building for the 'Royal Commission' at Jubail, K.S.A.
(construction cost of project 46.5 million SAR).
 Designed prototype villas and landscape designs for public parks
which were a part of a master plan comprising of 216 villas in Jubail
(construction cost of project 550 million SAR).
 Industrial Security Housing Project (construction cost of project 96.3
million SAR).

Southern parts of K.S.A. with Ministry of Housing as the client, the

 Developed several conceptual master plans for a leading
contracting company to help it bid for projects with Ministry of
