Stripper, Amine Sweetening, Sulfur Recovery, Tail Gas Treating, Off Gas Recovery Unit, CO2
Compression and Dehydration, GOSP unit) and Heat & Material Balance.
 Process Flow Diagrams, Block Flow Diagrams, Utility Flow Diagrams, Process Safeguarding Diagrams
and Process abd Instrumentation Diagrams Development for Projects on Basic Engineering stage as well
as on Detail Engineering stage for various EPC projects.
 Preliminary Material selection for different process units as per Company practices on FEED Projects &
Process design conditions preparation.
 Equipment sizing and design including Pumps, Compressors, Pressure Vessels, Tray Towers, Reactors,
Atmospheric storage tanks, Shell & Tube heat exchangers, Air Cooled heat exchangers etc.
 Single & Two phase hydraulic system design including Pumps, Compressors, Control valves and Flow
elements data sheet preparation.
 Flow Assurance and Depressurization studies of Single and Two phase Pipelines including Dense Phase
CO2 Pipeline using Steady State and Dynamic Software i.e. PIPESIM and OLGA.

Review and Risk Management workshops.
 Performing and reviewing AIV / FIV Analysis as per Energy Institute guidelines.
 Fire Water demand calculations and Fire water ring main isolation philosophy development.
 Hydraulic analysis of existing / new Fire water ring main and Foam Water Sprinkler system.

FEED Project with TECHNIP, Working as Senior Process Engineer for the study and FEED design of Gas
Production Facilities modification including two phase Pipeline Transport.
 UMM LULU Phase II Full Field Development (ADMA OPCI UAE) EPC Project with TECHNIP,
Working as Project Process Engineer for HAZOP Close out while technically reviewing the requirements
and negotiating with clients and / or vendors as well as inter discipline coordination.
 PS1N Platform Central Processing Facilities Project (Occidental Petroleum Qatar) EPC Proposal with
TECHNIP, Basic Design of additional offshore production station PS1N consisting of Oil & gas
production, gas compression, dehydration and gas lift by WORLEY PARSONS. Participated in the

 Riyadh Clean Transport Fuel Project (SAUDI ARAMCO) EPC Project with Samsung Engineering,
Design of new and revamp units which include CDU/VDU, DHT, GCU, LPG Merox, Hydrocracker,
Isomerization and Tank Farm Units, , Feed Contractor Foster Wheeler SOFCON. Worked as Senior
Process / Area Lead Engineer.
 Riyadh Refinery Drainage System Upgrade (SAUDI ARAMCO) EPC Proposal with Samsung
Engineering, Basic Design of Close Drain System by KBR-AMCDE and Open Drain System by
FOSTERWHEELER-SOFCON. Lead the Proposal activities involving the verification of Feed and Cost
estimation for EPC stage.
 CO2 Compression and Injection Facilities (SAUDI ARAMCO) EPC Project with Samsung Engineering,
Feed Contractor Technip and Saud Consult joint venture. Worked as Lead Process Engineer for the
Engineering design of CO2 Compression Facility which includes 7 Stage Integrally Geared Compressor
and Dense Phase Pump, CO2 Transportation through 90 Km Pipeline, Subsequent GOSP modification for
Enhanced Oil Recovery operation which includes HPPT and Variable Speed Compressor system and

SUMMARY Directly participated in activities like  Process Simulation (with case studies) and Heat and Material Balance for Gas Production Facility, LPG Recovery, Glycol Dehydration, Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control, Condensate Stabilizer, Sour Water Stripper, Amine Sweetening, Sulfur Recovery, Tail Gas Treating, Off Gas Recovery Unit, CO2 Compression and Dehydration, GOSP unit) and Heat & Material Balance.  Process Flow Diagrams, Block Flow Diagrams, Utility Flow Diagrams, Process Safeguarding Diagrams and Process abd Instrumentation Diagrams Development for Projects on Basic Engineering stage as well as on Detail Engineering stage for various EPC projects.  Preliminary Material selection for different process units as per Company practices on FEED Projects & Process design conditions preparation.  Equipment sizing and design including Pumps, Compressors, Pressure Vessels, Tray Towers, Reactors, Atmospheric storage tanks, Shell & Tube heat exchangers, Air Cooled heat exchangers etc.  Single & Two phase hydraulic system design including Pumps, Compressors, Control valves and Flow elements data sheet preparation.  Flow Assurance and Depressurization studies of Single and Two phase Pipelines including Dense Phase CO2 Pipeline using Steady State and Dynamic Software i.e. PIPESIM and OLGA.
