This was all about the different types of apprenticeships you can get with the BBC. They taught us
how we can apply and how to find the correct apprentice with the BBC that fits right with you.
What is their history in the industry?
Their history with BBC is that they work for the BBC and to encourage young people who are
doing media to apply for an apprentice with the BBC.

What have I learned?
I learned that there are loads of different jobs that I could potentially get from working with the
BBC, examples of this would be journalism, News reader and potentially a presenter. These
apprentices were all very interesting and opened the different career paths I could go down after
college.
More about the industry?
I found out more about BBC as a company as there is loads of different apprentices you could get
which would also be linked to different BBC shows on different channels.
Does it help you think more about potential careers and opportunities?
This helped me with thinking about different careers as there is loads, I could get with the BBC
and even work on channels and shows is also a possibility.
Has it helped you meet other relevant people?
This apprentice job can make you work with people who also wants the same type of career and
can help each other get the careers you both want. This can also help with knowing exactly what
you want to achieve with working in the BBC.
