2.  Responsible to assure that all E&I QC are well trained and conducting meeting with the QC

 Preparing Pre-Commissioning Packages, Loop Folders, Energisation Packages.
As QC Inspector:-
 Maintaining proper log for all activities which are covered by the team.
 Responsible to assure that all electrical activities was done in accordance of the Scope of work,
Construction Drawings, Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and NEC, national electrical
code. And ensures of implementation of work procedures and inspection and test plan.
 Responsible to issue request for inspection to Saudi Aramco in QMIS system &as defined by
the ITP using Saudi Aramco Form # 6717.
 Responsible to accompanied the Saudi Aramco Representative to carry out routine inspections
and released hold points by signing and obtaining the Saudi Aramco representative approval
signatures on various quality records as proof of inspections conforming to specifications.
 To coordinate with the other quality discipline activities that requires inspections within the
electrical construction program have been inspected & approved. To prevent unnecessary
re-works to keep the activity w/ in the budget & on schedule.
 To carried out an inspection of the material when it arrives in the warehouse. To ensure the
materials conformed to project specifications & standard requirements.
 Material receiving inspection of Switchgear, MCC, Power & lighting panels, LV & MV cables .
 To Ensure proper Cable splicing, cad welding & other installations prior to final inspection
Ensure proper cable laying arrangement and conduct all necessary testing prior to Backfilling.
 Inspection of overhead line erection and (13.8KV to 480Vols) transformer installation and pre-
commissioning as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
 MOV and HOV valve actuator receiving, installation and pre commissioning activities.
 Check and ensure installation of warning tape and red tiles as per requirement of construction
specification and codes.
 Check and ensure all the loops for the instrument, communicate to DCS.
 Inspect all tubing are installed properly, and check the leak test for the impulse tubing.

Between two poles & four pole motors its main concept was air cooled Turbo generator. Sensor
operation, like Over Load & Heat Shut Down system. Observation on Fuel Consumption at different
loads on it. Main cause for below r.p.m. Futures of Noise less Generators.
