Thesycon’s DPC (Deferred Procedure Call) Latency Checker is a Windows tool that
analyses the capabilities of a computer system to handle real-time data streams
properly. It helps to find the cause for interruptions in real-time audio and video
streams, also known as drop-outs.
A Deferred Procedure Call is a Windows OS mechanism by which computer system
allowing the device drivers to execute high-priority part of their processing quickly,
and schedule non-critical additional processing for later execution.
You can download it from: https://www.thesycon.de/eng/latency_check.shtml
NOTE:
The operating system maintains DPCs scheduled by
device drivers in a queue, knowing that there is one DPC
queue per CPU available in the system.

dropouts in real time voice and
video streaming. And these
dropouts can be overcome by
enabling/disabling and updating
the various device drivers.
