This document provides tasting notes and scores for a 2011 Turkish wine called Istranca by two expert sommeliers. Both sommeliers found the wine to have dark purple color with aromas and flavors of blackberry, cassis, plum, licorice, and violet. One sommelier gave it a score of 89 and praised its full texture, ripe fruit, and long finish. The other sommelier scored it 88 and noted its clean nose, well-structured palate, and licorice and violet flavors in the finish.
