a. All reservations must be confirmed with a non-refundable booking fee of $450 by credit card. The balance owing is required 60 days prior to the
event and can be paid by cash, or credit card. All booking charges and payments are non refundable, even in the client cancels or changes their
mind. Payment of the booking deposit by credit card is acceptance of the terms and conditions of the hiring of the service and an acknowledgement
of responsibility and liability for the full balance due. All balances owed and not finalised will be charged to the hirer using the credit card provided at
the time of booking. If a vehicle is unfit for service, a vehicle of similar make and capacity or similar will be provided as a replacement vehicle.
b. Mylimo Perth - https://mylimoperth.com.au reserve the right to terminate any and all services due to unruly or abusive passengers without a refund.
The hiring customer will be held responsible for the conduct of all the passengers in the vehicle at all times.
c. Mylimo Perth - https://mylimoperth.com.au operate a “NO SMOKING” policy within all their vehicles. Should this condition be ignored the driver is
authorised to terminate the hire agreement and a refund will not be offered under any circumstances.
d. Any damage or breakages caused during the hire will be charged to the hiring customer, including fabric damage, spill, soiling. A $400 cleaning fee
will apply to any soiling. Broken glasses are charged at $4 per glass.
e. All passengers must wear seatbelts as per current legislation. No food is to be consumed in the vehicle.
f. All cancellations under any circumstances will result in the complete loss of deposit for any reservation and account will still need to be finalized.
g. Drivers reserve the right to refuse passage to any venue that they deem unsafe to the vehicle or passengers.
h. 2% credit card fee charged credit cards.
