2. Mission
 Junior Enlisted Sailors Home Away from Home
 The Single Sailor Program is an MWR Managed Program which
provides quality of life alternatives for the special needs of single and
unaccompanied service men and women.
 The Liberty Program is intended to improve/develop social skills and
meet the leisure needs of single Sailors through events,
services, and activities designed to enhance social skills and promote
programs that teach positive use of free time.
 Category A Program: Primarily for Active Duty Personnel
 Patron’s may bring in a guest 18 years and older

 Filler Activities (Less Complex than Directed): 2 Times Per Week
