Note: You could charge for a personalized page!

This should be the biggest opportunity to bring in new shoppers, since majority of Lenoir will be in parking lot on the 4th to watch the fireworks! Live Music

18. Halloween – October 31st Trick-or-Treating with involvement from store owners. Kids can go shop to shop trick-or-treating, and parents can worry less knowing that their kids are safe in the Mall!
