Energy drinks are drinks that claim to provide
energy for your body to complete everyday
activities much quicker. • These drinks usually
contain high levels of sugar, caffeine, and many
other ingredients that are not necessarily
beneficial to your health. · Energy drinks are a
group of beverages used by consumers to provide
an extra boost in energy, promote wakefulness,
maintain alertness, and provide cognitive and
mood enhancement.

Energy drinks contain an ingredient called Guarana.
Guarana has been scientifically proven to increase
energy in the human body.
Caffeine is also in energy drinks, which increases
appetite suppression.
Caffeine has also been proven to effectively treat
migraine headaches and Increased mental alertness
and concentration.
4. NEGATIVE SHORT TERM HEALTH EFFECTS
There are many negative short term health
effects.
Energy drinks' stimulating properties have
