Tolerance: Tolerance is the total permissible variation
from the specified basic size of the part. It is defined as
the magnitude of permissible variation of a dimension or
measured control criterion from specified value.
Basic size: The basic size is the size on which variation
permitted.
Actual size:
The size of a feature obtained by measurement

It is defined as the magnitude of permissible variation of a dimension or measured control criterion from specified value. Basic size: The basic size is the size on which variation permitted. Actual size: The size of a feature obtained by measurement
