• Leadership Development Program
– The objective of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative's leadership
program is to address the interest and challenges of multi-cultural
professionals as they work to develop and advance their careers
• Purina Business Diversity Resource Group
– The Purina Business Diversity Resource Group is comprised of Purina
associates that have graduated from the St. Louis Business Diversity
Initiative Fellows Program. Being a part of the group provides graduates
with a unique opportunity to share their experiences, partner with the
Purina internal network, and participate in diversity initiatives at
Purina
11. NPPC Diversity & Inclusion Council
The Council is composed of 15 Nestle Purina associates, representing
a healthy mix of business-units, job level, generation, gender, and
race/ethnicity. The mission of the D&I Council is four-fold:
• To promote the recruitment, development, and retention of diverse
talent throughout the organization.
• To increase awareness, understanding and appreciation of diversity
and inclusion throughout the organization.
• To leverage diversity in order to enhance our ability to anticipate and
meet the changing needs of our consumers in the marketplace.
• To build a bigger footprint, and cultivate relationships, in the
community in which we serve.

We have called this Resource Group out specifically because it is the group that MOST closely connects to D&I
You will see a lot over alignment/connections with the council - In fact, members of the Resource group will be leading one of the divisions of the Ambassador Program
In addition, we wanted to take some time to bring awareness and clarify what is the program and how it connects to Purina
