2. Datum Construction is located in Meridian, ID and was
founded by Keith Jones in 2004 after working for a few of the
largest construction management firms in the Northwest.
Today , Datum Construction continues to build on our founding
principles of responsible, efficient construction at a fair price
with excellent value. Throughout the years we have continued
to build our portfolio in all markets of construction.
Throughout the 12 years of operation, we have earned a
reputation for outstanding service, and construction quality
unmatched by any company in the Northwest. We now have
over 100+ years of combined experience working on various
commercial projects Through our hard work and commitment
to building long tern relationships we continually year-after-
year continue to work with repeat clients on 65%+ of our
projects through negotiated jobs grossing over $10 million per
year.

9. Communication
• We understand that communication is the key to a successful project. From
beginning to end we will always keep you updated on the status of your project
including progress photos, punch lists, and more. We communicate regularly
with our subcontractors to identify any issues and help provide solutions.
• Our on-site and in-office personnel frequently discuss your project to make sure
all long-lead items have been ordered and are delivered on time.
• If the need arises, we will send you a written change order request before we
continue with the changes. This allows you to review your budget and know
exactly what you are paying for.
• We can help relieve any stress or concerns that you may have about your
project by explaining and discussing each item or process that is of concern.
• We feel that it is extremely important for us to return your calls, texts, and
emails as soon as possible.
