2 Candidates go though 2 distinct phone interviews and 2 face-to-face assessments, before
presentation to you.
4 An intense day to ensure a focused start from day 1.
5 3 non-consecutive days. Your trainee will develop a resourceful mindset, effective work
practices and learn to control conversations.
6 Full day of coaching after 10 weeks & evening workshops over the first 6 months.
