 WEB BASED GLOBAL ONLINE HELPDESK facility is available whereby the
customer can log in allhis support calls whichwillthen be automatically routed
through to the concerned consultant. This is the recommended support
registration process as it has the following.
 Auto ESCALATION procedure for delayed support
 Calls can be closed only by the customer and not by the
consultants on the Support Desk.
