Vehicle Integration
Vehicle Integration is a team in Automotive company R&D, Which will integrate all other team including a
team which is away from R&D (Costing, V.D., Material Management etc). A new Vehicle design project
which will starts from vehicle architecture which decides the vehicle specs as per requirement and then
comes to vehicle integration. vehicle integration initiates the project with layout and support up to end of
launching the project.
Organizational Experience
Since March'16 with ITL Tractor's Ltd.(Formerly Sonalika Tractor's) Hoshiarpur.

Key Areas :-
 Preparation Of Vehicle Layout As per Requirements of Market and PEF.
 Developing the conceptual design of new products entailing drawings & specification study, quotation
inquiry study & schedule for development.
 Designing the product to meet customer requirement & translating the design model using various tools.
 Coordinating the entire development activities including requirement analysis, planning, finalizing
specifications, Product Development and prototyping.
 Troubleshooting all technical problems; conducting various tests & inspections to ensure that products

Since April’15 to March'16 with Hi-tech Gears Ltd. Gurgaon as a Design Engineer.
Client: SML ISUZU LTD.
Area Of Work:- Vehicle Integration.
Key Areas :-
 Vehicle specification & aggregate finalization based on benchmarking & customer requirement.
 Master model preparation & sub system packaging.
 Finalize the Integration of all aggregate systems.
 Design & detailing of new concepts.
 System & component level DFMEA preparation for new design.
 Execution of CAD and DMU (Digital mock Up) related to Design release process.
 prepare layout of vehicles, as per Guide line of AIS & IS standards.

Client :- VOLVO EICHER COMMERCIAL VEHICLE LTD.
Area Of Work:- Vehicle Integration.
Key Areas :-
 Prepared the Full Layout of Brake Aggregates for both front & rear axle as per inputs received.
 Completed the pipe bunch packaging with respect to the other aggregates like fuel system, suspension,
frame, rear & front axle, cab.
 Designed a new mounting bracket for bunch assembly and released the drawing for prototyping.
 Prepare of information Fitment Drawing for the same.
 Execution of CAD and DMU (Digital mock Up) related to Design release process.
 Prepared the schematic circuit of brake system as per specified valve.
 Preparation Of packaging & Drawing for HD Vehicles Frame & Brakes.
 Exp. in checked fouling in all vehicle level including Assembly of vehicles aggregate, checking clearances
& interferences checking BOM errors, comparing with other assembly and making proposals , etc.

working of PCV,PLV & METRING Unit in Fuel system.
 Also Provide Awareness About Emission Control in Current Scenario (BS IV). and also Provide
