Senior Procurement Representative - Development and deployment of local procurement strategy.
Procurement and commercial lead developing. Implementing, managing and deployment of a large

Senior Procurement Officer
My current role has developed from both the Senior Buyer’s and SCM roles detailed below.
Project procurement within Project Centre West (UK) for B&V. The area includes the Welsh
water, Severn Trent and South West Water Authorities, covering various clean and waste
water projects ranging from £500k to £19m.
With my 22 years of experience within SCM I have regularly provided guidance and support in
other regional project centres.
Supplementary duties for this regional role consisting of:

Supply Chain Manager (Secondment to DCWW)
The DCWW Alliance consisted of several partner organisations made up of the client, cost
consultants process design and civil design Engineers, committed to the partnering philosophy to
delivery Welsh Waters Asset Management Programme 3.
My Role was to manage and oversee:
The initial concept stage through to implementation of Supply Chain Management Strategy

Developed and managed a change programme involving all Amp3 contractor and supplier

Additional Information
I have a young family and I enjoy spending my free time with my three sons. I am part of the coaching
team for the local junior football team, providing training and refereeing for their team matches. I
regularly have to attend courses for football coaches and work closely with my colleagues to
encourage and nurture the enjoyment of the young members of the team. I enjoy spending time with
my family at the coast, I have (up until recently) been kite boarding and surfing. I have enjoyed my
interest in fitness and weight training attaining an NVQ coaching qualification for weight training and
am currently a committee member of DCWW on site Gym.
