  3. 3. Call to Action Whatever you are writing about, always remember to add a call to action. Do you want people to subscribe to your email list, share the post, comment or like... Make it clear on the post. Not only that, make it easier for them... Don't have multiple steps for one to comment or share on social media. Bonus points if you include lead magnets.
  4. 4. Jargon Is your target audience is Mama Mboga? Write as if you are speaking directly to her. Same goes for Caroline Mutoko or whoever your target audience is. Add sheng’, mother- tongue or Swahili to pass your message across if you have to. Make it easy for people to understand what you are saying without them consulting Google all the time.
  5. 5. Business Plan PART ONE: THE BRIEF Stick to your business plan no matter how “off topic” the subject matter seems to be. Find a way to make each topic relate to your business.
